Outbound email via Microsoft
Send AdviserAlly emails from your Microsoft 365 mailbox using delegated send permissions.
How to set it up
- Open Settings → Integrations → Microsoft 365.
- Sign in with a Microsoft 365 admin or user account and grant the requested scopes.
- Choose calendars, default meeting type and Teams link preference.
- Optionally enable SSO from the Authentication settings page.

Does this support shared mailboxes?
Yes — AdviserAlly can send and receive on behalf of a Microsoft 365 shared mailbox if the connecting user has Send-As permission.
Is Entra ID (Azure AD) supported?
Yes. SSO is available on Team and Partner plans. Group-to-role mapping is on the Partner plan.
