By browsing or interacting with these resources you accept these Terms of Use in addition to any contract that applies to the AdviserAlly platform. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
Where we provide account-restricted areas (for example a customer community or beta preview), these Terms of Use operate alongside the applicable membership guidelines or subscription agreement.
2. Reliance on information
Materials published on our Website — including marketing content, feature descriptions, landing pages created by our customers, and AI chatbot responses — are provided for general information only. When you interact with an AdviserAlly chatbot widget on a customer's website, you are communicating with an AI system operated on behalf of that customer. Your conversation data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Anonymous visitor records may be created to improve the chatbot experience and are automatically deleted after 30 days if no conversation takes place.
When you submit information through a landing page form, that data is collected by the AdviserAlly customer who published the page. The customer is the data controller for form submissions and is responsible for informing you about how your data will be used. AdviserAlly Limited acts as a data processor on the customer's behalf.
5. User-generated content and interactive features
If you contribute content (including forum posts, chat submissions, case studies, or testimonials), you grant AdviserAlly Limited a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, and display that content for the purpose of operating the Website and our marketing channels. You must ensure that any content you submit is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe third-party rights. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.
