I'm Steven Booth. I've spent my career putting CRM and chatbots to work for businesses you've heard of.
I've sold CRM to FTSE 100 companies such as Admiral, and chatbots to companies such as Greggs and Ronseal. I oversaw the global launch of the Ghost in the Shell movie chatbot for Paramount Pictures. And I've delivered CRM and chatbot projects for clients in the US, Dubai and beyond.
Along the way I noticed something. Big firms get the clever tools and a team to run them. Most smaller businesses get a spreadsheet and a nagging feeling they've forgotten someone.
That's why I'm building this: the same kind of tools, made simple for people who run the business as well as the admin. And yes, I like software that does exactly what it says on the tin. I did work with Ronseal, after all.
